Leadership Mastermind
The Leadership Mastermind is a place to connect with fellow leaders, further develop core leadership skills, and grow forward with a group of people who like you, are dedicated to being the best they can be for themselves and the people around them.
The mastermind will meet 2 times per month for 1 hour via Zoom for 3 months.
In the first meeting each month, we'll discuss a core Leadership principle.
Discussion topics will range from Self Leadership principles to Team Leadership, Collaboration and Communication, and will be designed based on specific areas of focus desired by the group.
The second meeting each month will be Thinking Partner time which is an opportunity for you to bring forward a specific challenge or opportunity and the group is there to be a resource for you as you think into strategies and steps to work through your challenge or opportunity.
Leadership principle sessions will be recorded and are available to you for continued access.
In addition, you'll receive a BONUS teaching on the power of a Mastermind, and framework for identifying the specific growth goals you'd like to achieve through the experience.
